The upgrade: Welcome to Industry 4.0
As with all of our modernization projects and maintenance services, personal guidance is a fundamental part of the upgrade. After a detailed explanation of the options and relations, we remain at your side during the installation until the successful connection and (re)commissioning. We are available to answer any questions you may have about the upgrade and the integrated platform.
Throughout the upgrade process, we liaise with the customer's IT contact person to define requirements and coordinate the progress.
Depending on the machine model, the entire upgrade can be carried out remotely.
The the@vanced upgrade contains:
- Adjustments on HMI (Human-Machine-Interface), software and hardware (depending on the state-of-the-art of the machines)
- Equipped with the latest digitization technology
- Installation of a router and appropriate software for remote access and connection to higher-level systems
Due to the possibility of the remote access, our service experts can also offer a remote troubleshooting in the future. We offer a flat rate for this service, which allows you to plan the arising costs from the outset and not even let traveling expenses occur.
