The new generation of the non-stop winder PrimeWinder CTHO is based on the proven design of Imperial winders, which have been operating worldwide for decades. Growing demands for higher speed, wider film, and increased finished roll weights made it necessary to revise the existing design.
The new PrimeWinder BlackLine series is ready for the future — with a mechanical design speed of 600 m/min, a maximum finished roll weight of 25 t, and a film width of up to 11 m.
The machine for highest quality and maximum efficiency
Unique features such as the Active Deflection Contact Roll (ADR), individual oscillation of the winding cores, auxiliary contact rolls, and core clamping units have not only been preserved — they have been further improved. New developments like smart condition monitoring of the contact roll, an enhanced cross-cutting system, and improved film threading contribute to significantly reduced waste during operation of the PrimeWinder CTHO.
Particular attention was paid during the design phase to ensuring high accessibility and reduced maintenance requirements for the machine and its components.
The PrimeWinder CTHO sets new benchmarks in reliability and winding quality. As with all Kampf machines, the drive and control technology is developed in-house by Kampf — ensuring optimal interaction between hardware and software.
From a wide range of available options, we can configure the ideal winder for all materials — including BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, BOPE, CPP, etc. — and for applications such as capacitor film, packaging film, and technical films. The PrimeWinder CTHO delivers premium quality rolls for subsequent slitting processes, with minimal waste.

PrimeSlitter SilverLine
The PrimeSlitter SilverLine can be used individually as a secondary slitting machine for film and foil production with working widths up to 4m. Based on the well-known Unislit series, the design of the machines is based on many years of experience in processing various foils and films such as BOPP, BOPET, CPP, BOPA, PLA, metallized films, laminated films and capacitor films.
PrimeSlitter BlueLine
The PrimeSlitter BlueLine can process the thinnest capacitor film of 2 micron or for thick film up to 800 micron and is designed for working widths of 4.8 m to 7.2 m to suit your requirements. Depending on the application, you can choose from various suitable options.
PrimeSlitter BlackLine
The highest level of development in the field of primary slitting machines for BOPP and BOPET films up to 13 m working width. Newly developed winding stations can be designed for 1270 mm and 1500 mm winding diameters with a load capacity of up to 7000 kg roll weight. Intelligent automation solutions in the machines, such as automatic blade changers, as well as fully integrated devices for loading and unloading offer you optimal productivity.
