The retrofit: As flexible as the new machine

During the upgrade our experienced sales team focuses on technical guidance from the start. Before we deliver and install fully assembled units, the winding lever unit is tested and customized to your individual requirements. This includes technical and design requirements as well as software and HMI.

The new unit covers the following elements and services:

• Delivery as a complete unit incl. pneumatics and electrics,

• Delivery and installation of new and/or additional winding stations,
• Newly designed winding heads with higher load:

• Easy-Change-System: New principle eliminates the need for tools to change the heads (e.g. from 3" to 6"),
• This makes mounting and dismounting much easier,

• Constructive adaptions and
• Adaptions on Software und HMI

• Max. roll weight 7 t,
• Max. winding diameter 1.500 mm with rear side motor connection,
• Max. Motor-driving torque 70 Nm,
• Two-stage toothed belt drive i = 3; max. Winding torque 210 Nm und
• Coupling option via intermediate drive, use of pneumatic heads even with coupled levers
