New Anti-Deflection-Rolls (ADR) are an effective way of optimizing the output of existing systems.
The advantages of an upgrade are:
- Deflection of the wound rolls tends towards zero, air inclusions are minimized,
- Pressure control in the closed-loop,
- Reduced self-oscillation of the roller and
- A new bearing position that reduces wear on the drive mechanism.
Furthermore, maintenance is strongly improved thanks to the simple design of the bearings.
The main criterion of the upgrade is the ability to run at higher machine speeds and therefore improve the productivity.

We supply the new module pre-assembled and our qualified service staff adapts it to the human-machine interface (HMI) and the programmable logic controller (PLC). The installation of state-of-the-art technology ensures sustainability, such as a new vibration damper principle.
The replacement of the entire roller unit includes:
- roll with larger diameter,
- different structure,
- large E-Modul,
- bearing unit and
- drive unit.
The control technology and the user interface (HMI) are adapted for a closed-loop operation and to enable higher machine speeds.
