The upgrade: electrically up to date

Before we prepare a quotation, we need current photos of the machine area for comparison with our documentation. We will then prepare a quotation.

Our electrical design department calculates which drives are required and passes the information on to the mechanical design department, which then checks everything and designs the new motor consoles. The software for the HMI and PLC is also adapted accordingly and new circuit diagrams are created.

After pre-assembly of the consoles at our premises, we then plan their use on site together with you.

Our engineers replace the old belt with new individual drives. The scope of delivery includes
