Finer control through a second winding drive
A second winding drive can help for finer control in the winding process. By retrofitting a second winder drive, this winder can then be adjusted individually, just like the first one. For example the tension on both winders can’t be adjusted separately.The friction absorption is then also carried out individually for each winder, which subsequently results in finer control.
A further result of this Upgrade is that rewinding on both winders becomes possible.
For this upgrade we need photos of your machine in advance. In some cases, it is also necessary for a technician from Kampf to visit your production to check the conditions.
After the first checkup of your machine the new winding motors are calculated by our electrical engineering department, which also will adapt the circuit diagrams. The mechanical construction checks the installation and constructs the appropriate brackets, and our software design department writes new software for the PLC and HMI.
After pre-assembly of the individual components at Kampf, we schedule an appointment for assembly at your premises. The parts are then shipped and installed by us on your machine.
