11 STEPS FOR YOUR DIGITAL SPRING-CLEANING

Use company-devices only for work—private things don’t belong here.

Keep private and work-devices strictly separate, to keep your data safe.

Use different strong passwords for private and work-related accounts.

Do not trust suspicious e-mails—if in doubt, call the sender.

If something seems suspicious, change the channel.

Do not disclose internal information to strangers—social engineering is a real danger!

Don’t pressure yourself—focus on safety, not speed. If in doubt, talk to your superior.

Be careful with unexpected news—it's better to check once more!

Do you have doubts about a link or attachment? Ask the IT helpdesk or a colleague.

If you have clicked on a suspicious link, report it immediately—quick action prevents greater damage.

Curiosity can be dangerous! Do not use found IT devices—they could contain malware.
