    Good advice pays off - Slitting and winding technology has been our core competence since 1920. Based on our experience and expertise, we assist and support you in selecting the right machines and the appropriate solutions in the plant environment. To optimise your production processes, we arrange preliminary tests in our technology centre. For new installations, we offer a wide range of automation solutions so that you can optimally exploit the potential of your KAMPF machine for the efficiency of your production. This also includes packaging equipment to prepare your products quickly and safely for further transport. With the@vanced, we provide a platform as a digital gateway for linking all relevant machines and production data.

  • Our technology center

    At our technology centre we can demonstrate the flexible possibilities of our machines in test runs with demanding materials from our customers and optimize suitable solutions for every application.

    The development of new, pioneering technologies for automatic slitting and winding of different materials has been one of our core competences for nearly 100 years.

    Our technology center is an important component in the creation of market-oriented solutions. Ever shorter innovation cycles require fastest development times from project idea to final implementation.

    In our technology center we do have the opportunity to thoroughly test out new machines and components on approx. 1,000 square meters before they are used in everyday practice. During trial tests with materials from our customers, we demonstrate the flexibility of our machines and develop suitable solutions for every application.

    • The careful preparation of the tests, the equipment with adequate features or the utilization of a testing facility is carried out with consultation with your experts.

    • Together with you we work out the optimal setting of the process parameters and select the right slitting tools and roll surfaces.

    It is our aim to offer you a complete solution - a production cell and not only a machine - which realizes the optimal processing of the input material up to the packaged product. Our interdisciplinary teams develop the machine concept simultaneously with the automation system based on the task at hand.

  • Converting 4.0

    With the "Converting 4.0" project, KAMPF is pursuing a holistic approach to optimizing the entire production process. Networked machines enable the control of the production by available data in real time and lead to the improvement of slitting programs, set-up and maintenance times, energy efficiency and enable the monitoring and introduction of optimizing measures to increase productivity, quality and flexibility.
