The basic package
Essential forms the basis of the@vanced. Its central feature is access to "the@vanced Remote Service" — the support by service experts via remote access of the integrated platform. During the warranty period, the package is free of charge and grants access to professional, timely service for your Kampf machine. Meanwhile, the remote services license is available to you for handling warranty cases with experts at your disposal to assist you with troubleshooting.
In addition, the@vanced provides access to the machine's electronic components, such as the programmable logic controller (PLC), drives and built-in computer.

Remote Service: Concept-based cyber security
Trust our state-of-the-art security concept. It protects your machines from unwanted access and malware. By combining a router hardware, which works as a stateful inspection firewall and separates the networks, and IT software certified by the German inspection specialists TÜV, we warrant maximum protection for your machines. Our security concept relies only one outgoing internet connection, from your machine to our central server. Thus, you keep full control and get to decide who connects and when.
The remote service flat rate
With our "Assistance" package, we offer you a remote service flat rate. This means, you pay a fixed monthly price according to the number of machines and get to use our customer service whenever it is needed.
