KAMPF is highly pleased with the feedback during the K show 2016.

The leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry, the K 2016 in Duesseldorf, took place from 19 to 26 October 2016. This event is a leading trade fair for Kampf Schneid- und Wickeltechnik GmbH & Co. KG and thus an important highlight of all company presentations.

Markus Vollmer, Sales Director KAMPF, said: "The number of visitors at the KAMPF booth was high, the discussions were promising, and last but not least, we finalized several interesting deals there. Our focal topics of this year’s trade fair aroused the interest of many international guests. The new product improvements presented under the motto "Beyond Slitting and Winding" received a lot of positive feedback. At the K'2016, KAMPF has shown products and services which accompany the trends in the film and packaging industry with appropriate and innovative solutions."

KAMPF presented new heavy-duty winding stations, variable automation modules and a few examples for optimizing details within the machines, according to the industry's demand for higher throughput in production and an increase in efficiency. The heart of the trade show presentation, which brought together all the optimization forums, was presented in the "Converting 4.0" presentation set-up. Many interested parties were informed about KPC (KAMPF Production Cockpit). KAMPF trainees had built a mini winding machine, which constantly produced data to evaluate them on the KPC in real time. With this KAMPF is presenting a new tool for the market, which will provide so-called smart services comfortably and will enable entry into the intelligent production landscape of the future.

An exhibit - the narrow width slitting machine, type Microslit - attracted visitors, like a magnet. As an example for almost 100 years of slitting and winding competence, KAMPF also addressed the processing of web-shaped materials for technical applications such as battery separator film (BSF).

The KAMPF team would like to thank all guests for visiting, for exchanging ideas and for entering into an open, personal dialogue.
