What we expect from our suppliers
KAMPF regards its suppliers as equal business partners within the supply chain and relies on a medium to long-term, strategically orientated working relationship.
This working relationship should be characterised by an at all times open, fair but also thoroughly firm form of negotiating the business transactions to be concluded.
Needless to say, a partnership-based conduct should also lead to an efficient and successful working relationship.
All of this is promoted by the supplier management and also clearly represented and documented with the core of this management function, the supplier evaluation.

Here you recognise that KAMPF sees the product quality to be provided as the most important evaluation point. All in all, however, the principle of the “magical triangle” applies:
Quality, adherence to delivery dates and a balanced cost-effectiveness must be fulfilled.
The supplier management naturally includes the communication of the results after the evaluation, binding agreements on improvement measures, as well as active support in individual cases to develop the supplier’s capabilities.
